Ancillary Building

When an existing building was significantly damaged by a Vehicle impact, we were asked to design a replacement Building for activities ancillary to the use of Wren Hall Nursing Home and Little Wrens Day Nursery. The proposed building will accommodate Staff Training, Intergenerational engagement, private family space and Meeting space. It will also be used as an activity space for the Day Nursery and Nursing home.

By relocating the building and reapportioning the Car Park, the openness of the entrance to the site will be significantly enhanced and it is intended that the proposed Ancillary Building, will reflect the adjacent existing Day Centre in both form and materiality.
